CBA BizLoan App

In 2014, Commonwealth Bank of Australia commissioned my previous agency to help on designing screens for their mobile app initiative called BizLoan.

​

The purpose was to increase loans for small and medium enterprise in Vietnam and Indonesia. It went thru extensive rounds of research and development to come up with a more user centric design approach that is easy to use and navigate with a few taps on the screen. 

 

Within a few weeks after its initial launch in Vietnam, the app garnered hundreds of downloads and dozens of approved loan applications exceeding client expectations.
