OCBC Cruise

This project from OCBC Bank was a total revamp of their 10 year old CRM System. I was tasked by my boss then to art direct the UI/ UX designs that could integrate the three main streams of the bank which is the sales, service and customer care. I had to work in-house in the bank and liaise directly with the bank project manager and other heads of each department as the project was confidential due to banking security reasons. I had to be stationed at the bank for two and a half years because of the scope of the project and lots of delicate information not to be disclosed outside. Apart from that, there were too many banking data that needs to be designed carefully which was fetched from the old system. I had to make sure that my designs also conform to the platform to avoid technical errors and repetition of work. I coordinated with multiple managers from Singapore and Malaysia as well.

 

The designs were straight forward, simple, clean and functional. I did also the designs for iPad view, to show how the data fits in a smaller screen. Other things I created were the logo of the "Cruise", some icons and the consolidated style guide.
